Caring for the poor and needy people and helping them is a noble endeavor. The more you give to poor and needy people, the more you strengthen their dependency. Hence, by helping the poor, you can make this world a better place to live. We at Raksha Foundation believe that we can bring a smile on the faces of poor if we help them.
Environmental awareness is having an understanding of the environment, the impacts of human behaviors on it, and the importance of its protection. It is critical because it can help to minimise pollution and global warming. It can also lead to a more sustainable world. We create awareness about environment and organise plantation drives.
We focus on diverse health topics to provide awareness to the communities and increase their levels of Health Literacy. The health awareness programs are organized with the main objective to promote health sensitive issues and also promote a sense of well being among the people.

Blanket Distribution
The winter season is upon us and it’s time to do what we can, to make sure those who are homeless don’t freeze this winter. It is a tough time with the cold and wind, survival becomes harsh for those who are needy or homeless with no place to live as temperatures drop drastically during this phenomenon which affects most people in unimaginable ways we cannot fathom at home comforts. We provided warm blankets in slums or underdeveloped areas near Magadi Road, Bengaluru.
Tree Plantation
A tree provides us with fresh air and oxygen without which the existence of life on earth becomes impossible. We need to do more tree plantation campaigns as trees not only provide oxygen but also play an essential role in the ecology. Ecological imbalance can cause floods, drought, and various other natural calamities that can lead to the destruction of life. We conducted a tree plantation activity at Bangalore Rural Area.

Awareness about the effects of tobacco was done by Raksha Foundation.

We distributed food to street-side workers and daily wage workers in Bangalore.
Women's Day Celebration
We celebrated International Women’s Day this afternoon with a roundtable discussion, award-giving ceremony, and cultural program at Bangalore.
Covid-19 support
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we distributed 36 grocery kits to nurses at private hospitals in Bangalore.
Food distribution
Raksha Foundation distributed grocery kits during Covid-19 to the people living in the backward areas of Bengaluru.
